Refund Policy

Asight is sold as a one-time, permanent license. The early-access price is $15 USD. The planned price near the version 1.0 release is $20 USD; a later price change does not create an additional charge for an existing permanent license.

14-day refund period

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing elevareseoforyou@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your order number. A reason is appreciated but not required.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Original payment-processing fees may not be recoverable by the seller, but they will not be deducted from an otherwise approved consumer refund unless applicable law permits it and the checkout terms clearly disclosed it.

After a full refund, the associated license ends. You must stop using the licensed version and remove the license from your copies of Asight. License keys connected to refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions may be refused by later releases.

After 14 days

After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not offered for change of mind. Please contact support for duplicate charges, inability to receive or activate a valid key, or a material technical problem that support cannot resolve. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available where you live.

Purchases made through another authorized seller may also be subject to that seller's refund process.
