License and Activation Terms

These terms apply to a license purchased directly for the Asight macOS application.

Permanent license

A completed one-time purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, permanent license to use Asight. There is no subscription and the key has no expiration date. The license continues to unlock the version purchased and compatible updates released for the Asight product. It does not automatically include a separately branded product or separately sold future major product.

Early-access software is still being improved. Features, wallpaper selections, compatibility, and appearance may change as development continues. Purchasing during early access supports that development but does not guarantee a particular future feature or release date.

Activation

The key is tied to the purchaser's checkout email address. One purchaser may activate Asight on up to three Macs that they personally own or primarily control. Reinstallation on the same Mac is allowed. The key may not be shared, published, resold, rented, or used to provide access to unrelated people or an organization.

Activation is verified locally using a cryptographic signature and normally works offline. The activated record is stored in the macOS Keychain. Keep the purchase email, order number, and key so the license can be recovered or entered again after replacing a Mac.

For a replacement key or activation problem, contact elevareseoforyou@gmail.com from the purchase email and include the order number. Reasonable verification of the purchase may be required.

Restrictions

You may not distribute Asight or its bundled media, bypass or remove license enforcement or the unlicensed watermark, reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits it, use a key obtained through fraud or chargeback, or use Asight in violation of law or third-party rights.

Updates and availability

The license is permanent, but perpetual online services, support, compatibility with every future macOS release, and an unlimited stream of new features are not promised. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain Asight and provide clear notices of material compatibility requirements.

Termination

The license ends if the purchase is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or materially violates these terms. Upon termination you must stop using licensed copies and remove the license. Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

Warranty and liability

Asight is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Slow Glass Co is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability relating to the purchase will not exceed the amount paid for Asight.

Changes and governing rights

Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new effective date. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights in the purchaser's location continue to apply.
