Privacy Policy

Asight is a macOS application published by Slow Glass Co. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit the Asight website, purchase a license, contact support, or use the application.

Information we receive

• Purchase and license information: your email address, order identifier, payment status, license identifier, and the license key issued for your purchase.
• Support information: information you include in emails or other support requests.
• Website information: basic technical information normally recorded by the website host, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs.

Payment-card and bank details are collected and processed by Stripe, not by Asight or Slow Glass Co. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Information handled by the app

Asight stores its settings and wallpaper library locally on your Mac. An activated license is stored in the macOS Keychain. The license system verifies keys locally and does not require continuous internet access.

Asight does not sell personal information. The current application does not include advertising or cross-app behavioral tracking. If optional diagnostics or cloud features are introduced later, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to process purchases, issue and recover licenses, prevent payment or license abuse, provide support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the website and application.

Information may be shared with service providers that operate checkout, payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, security, and customer support. It may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users, Slow Glass Co, or the public.

Retention and your choices

Purchase and license records are retained while needed to honor permanent licenses, provide recovery and support, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Support and website records are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing elevareseoforyou@gmail.com. Some purchase and license records may need to be retained to honor the license or comply with legal obligations. Privacy rights vary by location, and applicable rights will be honored.

Children and changes

Asight is not directed to children under 13, and personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a change is subject to the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
